All in-person transactions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To be eligible for store credit on items purchased through the website: items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your order. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once received, we will inspect for defects and signs of wear. If we detect that the item(s) have been worn or damaged 224 Collection reserves the right to deny your return.

Once we determine that your item(s) are in good condition, you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. All shipping cost are nonrefundable.

All clothing that is on sale and products including bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are Final Sale and non-returnable.
